I am trying to upgrade from Hobby plan to Growth plan but I keep getting the same error when I input my credit card information. So, I contacted support team and they are providing me a link to another page that supposedly can take my credit card and upgrade my plan. So glitchy. I paid the full amount for a one month membership cos I SO wanted this to work. I found it doesn't work half the time, I get error messages all over the place. The data was inaccurate eg try to look at listings from GB, and you click through and most of them are still from US. The location filter DEFINITELY doesn't work, which makes this completely useless for me. The help chat was slow to respond (as in they responded a day later - much more like an email support.
