Ubersuggest - SEO and Keyword Discovery

I have to admit, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to technology or SEO. However, this extension has been incredible! At one point, it seemed to stop working. But after searching Google, I discovered that I just needed to hit the "show" toggle button because it went inactive due to lack of use in the past 3 days. Just like that, it started working again! This is the worst chrome extension I have got. It is by far the most unreliable extension out there, and the replies to people using it are a joke. No other extension has a time lag from google when it is updated. >A completely useless and annoying extension from a company that are supposed to be on the top of their game. You cannot even get this right. Either sort it out so it works as it should or remove it from the store until you know what you are doing.

Is there an ETA on when the issue will be resolved where the plugin does not work? We have uninstalled, reinstalled, and cleared cache. We cannot continue to do this every time it stops working. Is the team there working on it or is that the only way to resolve at this time? It is slowing down our process and we really don't want to look for another plugin since we use the primary application for everything. Thank you.
