I installed it again just to leave one star and I'm uninstalling it once again. The tool was the best free small tool for finding out some insights for some keywords before writing an article. I used it 1% of the time. Forget the fact that they switched all the features to paid. Far more concerning to me is the false advertising that this extension claims to display search volume on Amazon and Youtube. However, reading the FAQ fine print reveals the developer just slapped the Google search volume on Amazon and youtube. This is so painfully inaccurate that it boggles my mind. Only an idiot would equate those platforms as having equal search volumes. This is extremely deceptive by the developer. Shame.

This company sold us a bunch of non-expiring credits for keyword research and then came back a few weeks later and said they were going to expire credits retroactively, essentially taking your money without performing service. Also the keywords it produces are always low volume and so obscure that you can't use them for Paid Search Ads anyway because they will eventually be deactivated. So it's an essentially useless data by a company that's not trustworthy in our experience.
