The Quote option works great. The "Copy thread link" added button does not copy the link. It always pastes the last thing on your clipboard. I really like the Quote Option. It's perfect.

Very useful but quite buggy and breaks often because of new releases of GChat. I decided to keep a fork that works for me https://github.com/bpatra/gchat-copy/tree/simplification-and-fix

Does the extension still work? It does not seem to work with the latest version of Chat & Chrome.
