TextUs Next Extension

There are so many bugs that are never fixed. The slide-out doesn't always populate the number on the page. The pop-out won't open AT ALL until I remove extension from chrome then reinstall it. The new sent message in slide-out shows as "sending" indefinitely until the slide-out is closed and reopened. If you change the name in the profile, the number and new name do not automatically sync under that number. This is just SOME of the issues. I wish we would go to another app! Makes my job MUCH ... We used the Textus extension before they updated the app, and loved it. However, the new extension doesn't work as well as the previous one did. The red notification doesn't always appear on the extension when a message is sent. We don't have an option to automatically pull phone numbers from a web page when using the slide out extension like we used to, and this was one of our favorite features with the previous slide out. I like the new slide out as you are able to quickly open/close the conversation. I wish you could move the 'tab' to a different location on the screen as many times it's over another button and hate turning it off constantly to work in Bullhorn especially. Sometimes it is slow to load the extension. Many times both the pop out and extension are slow in loading new messages. Besides a sound, it would be beneficial to have the extension blink (or something similar) for new messages. The ex... Show more
