I just added this extension back JUST so I could write this review.. This extension WAS great. I say WAS because over the last two weeks this plugin has been the cause of Gmail HANGING/STALLING/CRASHING. As SOON as I uninstall this plugin Gmail goes back to working normally. It's too bad too because I REALLY liked this plugin. *shrug* At least the Google contact synching still works. Generally, the extension does what it says. However, it significantly slows down my workflow when I want to use keyboard shortcuts. I press "r" to reply to a message, and immediately start typing my message (salespeople should be fast!). Gmail used to keep up with this. After installing this extension, I find that the lag causes Gmail (not the email edit box) to capture my keystrokes for a few seconds. Absolutely terrible implementation into Gmail. It doesn't use Gmail's plugin sidebar but comes with its own interface that overlays over the Gmail UI. If you use other, real sidebar plugins and open the sidebar, the Hubspot plugin UI disappears and is no longer accessible (until you close the Gmail sidebar). To make matters worse, the data inside the plugin doesn't update its data until you reload Gmail. If someone in the team adds new contacts, you don't see them until you reload Gmail. I've... Show more
