I haven't used this particular program for long, only for six months or so, however I have used many others. What I like particularly is the zero-knowledge architecture employed by them and the ease of use. The only downside I had was the auto fill didn't always work and on occasion I had to disable the extension in order to log into a site as there was a conflict with another password manager I have for personal use (Keeper is for use in a non-profit).
