I haven't used this particular program for long, only for six months or so, however I have used many others. What I like particularly is the zero-knowledge architecture employed by them and the ease of use. The only downside I had was the auto fill didn't always work and on occasion I had to disable the extension in order to log into a site as there was a conflict with another password manager I have for personal use (Keeper is for use in a non-profit). I've used a plethora of different password management apps over the years, and Keeper is the best. The app works reliably on Mac, Windows, and Android, and I had no trouble importing my credentials from my previous password manager. I especially like the sharing and user management features. This allows me to set up accounts for the less technically-savvy members of my family and send them the credentials inside Keeper very conveniently. Added the extension to Chrome. Was asked to verify it AND input the verification code. Did both and... nothing. Would not let me log in, kept saying the password or the email address I used was "invalid." Tried it about seven more times and gave up. When I tried to reset the password, it wouldn't let me and suggested I contact their support, which I'm not about to do since I never even got the chance to install it in the first place.
