5 stars for effectiveness! Unfortunately this email tracker offers a "pro" version that comes with added features and a price tag, but the free extension has proven reliable and quite helpful. As far as I know, the extension works when sending emails from a computer web browser only (no mobile compatibility), but to my amazement it is the only (free!) tracker I've found that can be used for emails sent from browser-based Outlook. I was happy using it during the last 2-3 months and I was planning to get the Pro version during the BlackFriday. But in the last few days it wasn't working properly, their site went down and there was no announcement/update on anywhere (not even their web page that became online 1-2 hours ago) with no BlackFriday promotion whatsoever. I think I move to some other service as it seems the developer doesn't care much for this service or its customers.
