RightInbox: Email Reminders, Tracking, Notes

I rated the product 4 stars because it has many functions. However, despite being a tech-savvy person, I found it difficult to understand how it works. I installed it to monitor an important email I had to send, but unfortunately, I used Right Inbox to send it, and now I'm unsure if it was delivered correctly. This is because there are many options to choose from, and I'm not sure if I used the right one. I can't send it again or ask the recipients if they received it, as that would be worse ... Show more

Unfortunately, my emails were going to the recipients' spam ( I had tested it with personal emails). I alerted the support desk and they appear to have corrected the problem but by then I had used up all the five free emails I get in a month and they would not provide me anything more than a credit for the paid subscription. I think I should not have had to experiment with it it the tracker was so accurate. I had to remove the cahe and refresh and I still am not sure if it is working correctl... Show more
