The scheduler plugin is a good idea. However, some aspects are missing: - on cannot select one of the pre-determinded meeting templates from zoom.us account - the "Make it a Zoom meeting" button works, but when editing the schedule on Zoom.us, the calendar is often not updated. - the plugin sometimes gets confused when also using the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on (which integrates with the "Add video conferencing" menu) With these issues fixed, this plugin would be great, especially the f... Turns out the scheduler can only schedule simple meetings, no breakout rooms enabled (which is my default setting, as I need them!) - I only discovered this while IN the meeting I had scheduled (like I said, it's my default, why WOULDN'T they be there!) and can't add breakout rooms at that point. Had to kick everyone out so I could reschedule a new meeting with breakout rooms enabled from the zoom site... What kills me, is that various updates; Zoom resets the security settings to both passcode and meeting room. Whereas, change it to just meeting room. This is very frustrating, as first you have to go in to the web settings, and uncheck the passcode box and save it. Then to get this chrome extension t change the setting (you can see it on the extension options- but you can't change it); you have to remove and reinstall the extension.
