UPDATE 5-Star, 07/13/2023: I also submitted a bug report to their support team, and they worked with me and my team lead to fix the issue. They literally got their developers on a call with us and we troubleshooted the issue together. The sent us test versions to see if it fixed the issue, and they fixed it.
