Has value, but a long way from Salesforce Gmail plugin The most valuable feature is adding a new lead or contact without leaving Gmail. EDIT JULY 2023: the purpose of this app is to allow us to easily and quickly open a zoho page from gmail. Unfortunately the app FAILS TO ACHIEVE THIS. Very useful app with a lot of potential. If it had a search feature that gave the ability to look up Potentials/Deals, it would be outstanding. And possibly a way to associate emails with the Potential/Deal (we created an email field for the Potential) so the records are archived for that Potential/Deal in Zoho CRM. I would definitely pay money for these features because it would be comparable to MS Dynamics/Outlook. This app seems to be on the right track. Keep up the good work!
