Tried everything, logging in, logging out of the Windows client etc., on a Yeastar S20, but with no success. I even submitted an official ticket on the Yeastar support team but I got seriously idiotic answers that weren't helpful at all. I think it might have to do with the Google Chrome version and a needed update on the side of the support team of the extension.
