It does block WebRTC as can be tested at ipleak.net. However, it interferes with some sites. For example, with WebRTC disabled, users can log into Google Voice but get stuck with an eternally spinning blue circle icon that never progresses to load the web pages to use Google Voice. This app has no whitelist. The user cannot exclude some sites from WebRTC blocking. Without a whitelist, I will remove this extension.
