TERRIBLE COMPANY AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I purchased the basic plan thinking it included the 'volume search' feature (because it's not clear on their website) and when I contacted their terrible customer service representative Drew, he just said "we don't give money back, you should inform yourself before or contact customer support." Chrome extension worked for a bit then just disappeared on the side of my screen somewhere and now i cant seem to find it no matter what i try. I tried dragging in every corner of the screen to get it back but no luck, i also tried logging out of viral launch and uninstalling chrome extension and re log and reinstall extension but also no luck. now im very frustrated at this extension just disappears off your screen i mind as well stop my subscription plan if i cant use it anymore XD back to ... It is very disorganized and all over the place. The information takes longer to decipher than a tool like jungle scout which I highly recommend over this one. The tool is also set up in a shady way. In order to get that one extra feature that is amazing you have to pay through the nose. Its a shady way to set up a software. Instead of helping people be successful they are all about reaping profits. Also they have refund policy so if you test drive the software to see if its right for you... Show more
