This extension no longer works. This is now how to re-enable the 'view image' functionality: 1. Disable/delete this extension 2. Add the "Tampermonkey" extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo 3. Add the "View Image" userscript: https://gist.github.com/ner00/ec9ae47e202b8e99f19be44a5af6baf3/raw/viewimage.user.js Restart your browser then boom, it works again!
After the update the extension started working normally again, but since 48 hours the extension does not work anymore. I guess because google added two new buttons, Share and Save. But I want to see the image first in large size before I make a decision to save or not to save the image.
Hasn't been updated in almost a year and is completely broken. I used to get it working by switching to my other Google account in search, but that is now broken. Sad when a very useful app like this gets abandoned.
