I downloaded this YouTube extension from the Chrome Web Store, as it claimed to enable easy downloading of YouTube videos. However, after installing and attempting to use it, I found that it is nothing more than a misleading tactic. Great Chrome extension. I have been using it since 2017 when I purchased it via the Chrome Store at the time, but now it states no license installed. having gone to the support forum, it seems the latest version and latest Chrome has caused my license to disappear. is there a clear guide for people who the extension via the Chrome Store to resolve the current licensing problem? It was useful. Now, you can only download 1 audio *or* 1 video file every 120 minutes. If a life stream has 20 audio files, then you will need some days until you have a copy. Additionally, the expensive license terms are not clear: they don't say if it is a licence for each year. At least, the don't offer support: they have a community which must spend their spare time to give support for the customers.
