Userlane

I'm really excited about Userlane, the onboarding experience is so much better and more relaxed, especially when you come into a new environment and are already confronted with thousands of new things that you have to familiarise yourself with. How did I cope before Userlane? My company uses this across all its applications, there's a little assistant that pops up and helps me learn how to do anything I need to do to get my job done, but I have to confess I use it all the time because my memory is terrible and I keep forgetting things! There's also a useful search in the assistant that I can use to find anything from Confluence which is handy, because I don't need to keep opening more tabs.

No fuzzy steps. So easy to use and follow. I could start creating the interactive guides already without any prior knowledge. Apart from the ease of use , what i additionally liked was the analytics! valuable insights to help in decision making. Every-time i am lost , i have a guiding assistant to bring me on track and find my way without hassles and bombardment of information. Love using Userlane!
