I really really liked this extension. I used it to complete tons and tons of college assignments. I log in today to complete a major assignment and find that my keybinds to use to basic and AI search aren't working, like at all. I sign out to see if that will solve it, and realized I didn't remember my log in password. I navigated to transcript.study's website (using THEIR links), and found that the company is apparently no more. Their website is now unrecognizable, and looks like a malware h... Show more

It was so good, I was so glad that I didn't have to jump through hoops to find the answers for tough questions anymore, but now it sucks. Doesn't support McGraw-Hill anymore. They've also removed the button that goes on each question so that makes it useless. When you highlight a question and use AI search, the AI just gives you a generalized google answer and doesn't even consider the multiple choice options. Snapshot does not work. Used this extension on Canvas and here are my grievances: - I used this on multiple choice questions and I would say 75% of the time, it did not give me an answer right away and I was forced to use the AI answer. This would be fine if there were not a limited amount of AI Help credits, and when you run out, you have to spend money to get more; this is on top of the $5 per month that you are paying just to use the service. - Secondly, the AI is not even correct all the time.
