Pay or get a permanent YOUR TRIAL HAS EXPRIED banner. In my personal situation I really don't need the paid version, the free plan it totally fine. But after your trial expires there is a super intrusive YOUR TRIAL HAS EXPIRED banner in red at the top of the page, permanently there more than a week after the trial actually expired, and there is no way to remove it.
