This extension need permission for each site you what to highlight, which is annoying, as if you what to highlight something using a shortcut, and the site haven't obtain the permission yet, it will done nothing, until you use context menu to do highlight to show the permission obtain dialog. I think that's why lots of people here complaint that this extension doesn't work. Developer should change this behaviour to have permission all sites in one go, not one by one.
