This might be one of the better test to speech, HOWEVER, the free version is no better than the popular ReadAloud extension. The Speechify paid version is way too expensive for the average user. This could be a 5 star if only it was offered at a more realistic price. $140/per year is a complete ripoff. The price completely negates any of the positives.
