It didn't do what I wanted, but it's still pretty amazing. This is a fantastic extension that is incredible if you need to control your browsing by voice and don't have keyboard or mouse use. The only thing that messes it up is if you start clicking somewhere else or in another tab, because then it gets lost and you can't control anything.
