ShortsBlocker - Remove Shorts from YouTube

Hello, I really like this extension and it works great to remove the shorts! Only gripe is the donation tab that keeps opening. But am I to take it that this is only due to the updates? once updates happen we get the new tab and thats it? I hope so. great work! Can you make an extension that specifically blocks youtube mini player from opening? My kids have found a way around some things by hovering over the thumbnail to watch the videos, or add them to the queue and the mini player... Show more

Probably one of my most used extensions. As of recently, YouTube has updated to include Shorts in a bar that's smack right in the middle of the Subscriptions tab. And while the extension does block the videos themselves, it doesn't block the highly intrusive Shorts bar. If possible, can this be updated to block the whole bar? Thanks! Works great in Edge...not tried it in Chrome yet, but I'm sure it'll work fine there as well. Cheers for your hard work! Next, please make an extension that motivates another video service to kill YouTube altogether. that would be the best and would solve all the Youtube issues they continually try choking us to death with.
