The simple becomes complicated. I tried to send my first SMS and when the estension noted that a ;valid number' which was my own phone number, wasn't valid, it placrd a pause on my account form the administrator (me?) and I was unable to use the extension. So the simple act of trying to send a SMS led to my inability to use the app at all. As with most Ring Central apps, and the user interface, it is convoluted, clumsy, and complicated.
