Qantas Shopping Points-Prompter

I used this on my old computer & it worked fine, except for the fact that it blocked out items on the website screen & the tracker screen could not be moved { as stated but plenty of users }. It seems that from 2021 up to today this still applies, as well as that everyone is saying it does not track purchases & QFF points are not received. Also it is disappointing to see that contacting Qantas to get points missed is useless & does not achieve anything. It seems like Qantas need to work on it... Show more

For some reason some sites dont track at all (City Perfume as an example) and other's start tracking then you go to check out and it stops tracking (Sunglass Hut - well at least it seems to stop tracking according to the chrome add on and little pop up disappears) Emailed the Qantas Shopping team the issue and they responded without actually answering my question... just a copy and paste job....there customer service is awful across the board when it comes to frequent flyer points...they don... So i just read that the stores pay qantas fees for this which explains why my points are missing, possibly the stores are not declaring them to qantas. qantas help - phone and email are of absolutely no help, long long waits on the phone, put through to many many different departments before being hung up on. They ask for receipts showing how i paid - i used my qantas mastercard!! but that evidence is not good enough. i use the tracker which sole purpose is to track points, i use it religious... Show more
