I've been a customer for over a year. They doubled their pricing to force customers to use their new and improved (I doubt it) Waalaxy version. No communication to tell me that oh... system won't work anymore and you have to either upgrade to Waalaxy or cancel. This is after telling customers they have until December to switch over.
