This works great and is exactly what I was looking for. The only issue I've noticed is that occasionally it suddenly reports every single one of the monitored pages as having changed, when actually none of them have changed. I think the issue may occur after a Chrome update has been applied. I've only seen the issue a handful of times, and I've been using the extension for several months.
