Loom – Screen Recorder & Screen Capture

I have been a paid user of loom for over maybe 2 years now. In the last 6 months there has been consistent issues with loom screen recording. As of last week I screen recorded several meeting only to review there was NO SOUND! Now it consistently requires me to check my google chrome permission settings on my macbook only for it to stop working. I absolutely hate this extension now, which is a shame because I've used it for years without issue and now it's just terrible. For some reason, it randomly just stops recording even though the recorder is still on. Meaning, I'll do a 20 minute screen recording video, no issues, I click the stop recording button, the video is in my library, but by the 7 minute or 12 minute or whatever random minute market it decides to screw up, the video freezes and is unusable.
