Doesn't work with Google Images, it makes the site unusable. Apart from that, it's very efficient, I really like it, maybe the only translator extension that does the job. I'd suggest, to increase the font size a bit, or maybe add the option to do increase/decrease. Add synonyms and alternative words, cause' for Italian sometimes it gets confused.
