I like the concept of being able to add items from several stores and it would let me know if there is any price or inventory changes on the item. I also would like to mention their great customer service. Last week, I was having a problem with the site showing my favorite stores. I was afraid that I would have to delete my account and start over. However, they kept emailing me with any updates they had and was patient with me while we try to resolve the issue, and now it works great again.

It never found any deals for me. Perhaps it only works on the American Amazon site? It places a button on MANY websites in the top-right corner, which is obtrusive on some sites (as you can't click on things underneath it). I really don't need it on sites, where I'm house-searching etc, and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove it. A feature, that would have been very welcomed (if it could actually help me find the things I bought cheaper, than I found myself).
