I had transcript before I downloaded this sorry excuse of a homework helper, which costs twice as much as Transcript. I lost access to my transcript account, so I thought I would give this a try. Don't. Waste of money and time, the UI does not work whatsoever, the snapshot feature is broken, and it can only answer the most rudimentary questions correctly. Consistently get wrong answers, that is if the extension even works. DO NOT BUY.

I contacted them many times to cancel my annual subscription, after it got canceled they still charged me for annual fees! EDIT- They issued me a full refund and were quite understanding. My laptop was having issues which is why i couldn't use the software properly. Would still recommend to use it as it has helped many people I know

This tool is 50/50. If you use it for McGraw Hill, and you are in a class that has the assignments like: SB Chapter 1, HW Chapter 1, and Test Chapter 1.....This tool works on the SB, but its 50/50. Does not work on the HW, and does not work on the Tests.
