Ms. Gozum was so helpful and easy to talk to. Her knowledge base was excellent and she was patient with me. I'm very untechy and she was able to show me where I was having the problem and then tested it out so I could repeat the correct way to make it work. Worst customer experience ever, and literally for no good reason. I had a discount code, but was automatically charged the full price. Contacted Jamiu for help only to be given some BS excuse, he said it was against his policy but you can't find it in his policy statement. LIAR! Then he ignored me instead of taking care of the problem like he should have. He'll reply and say I was a horrible customer and he doesn't want to deal with people like me, but I wasn't. Big hassle due to having to Log myself in with the license number every other week. The "SURNAME/NAME" isn't imported like advertised. Only works for English Facebook (so you have to translate your whole Facebook so you can use it, not really the best). The dashboard where I am supposed to have all the leads is empty, good thing I have them on my Auto-Responder. At least it does the core feature well, which is retrieving the email.
