This is easily one of the best email marketing services on the market right now. I say this for a few reasons. 1st: This tool is so simple to use, its ridiculous. Overall I like SalesHandy and find it useful, it deserve probably 3.5 stars. However, it has been buggy and service for issues is often slow or unresponsive. I use the Outlook version. For example, the most important emails to track will often randomly not track and there's no explanation. If an email goes into your drafts folder and you reopen and send, it will come up with an error message and not track.
