As Usual not much thought was put in to the design and development of this extension. It builds and stores possible downloads to the point that you can't determine what the URL is that you are trying to download. There is no way to clear this issue built in to the extension. Some would say clear browser cache which is not a solution at all, yes I'm sure it probably would clear that issue ( Yet dependent upon your situation can cause numerous other issues ) therefor not a solution. Some websites grant the permission to download the video one time only, and no more second request. Moreover, the video is saved in the cache, and it will be lost quickly when there is no immediate action to it. I suggest to have the notification to users when the file is completely downloaded so that they can save the file in time before the video file is cleared from the cache.
