Eno® from Capital One®

I've used Eno virtual cards for years with only a few glitches. Lately it creates a virtual card number and other info, but it won't transfer to the form. First, it doesn't self-populate. Second, it doesn't copy when I click the small boxes. Third, it won't let me drag the info to the form. And fourth, I can't click on the form and manually insert the info. Come on, Capital One. This worked and was super useful until it stopped. Now when I submit my username and password (or a wrong password) I get the dreaded "Something went wrong. What, exactly? Well, that's what my team is busy figuring out. Please try again later." reported by multiple people. I tried reinstalling the extension, same issue. There is something wrong with the Eno chrome extension. It is prompting me for my phone number. It has error message saying that my phone number is not recorded yet I can see it in my profile.
