I have paused all auto play. but now, after a new change of YouTube, it should not show the thumbnail anymore before playing the video. Great extension! It needs to be able to disable Captions/Subtitles along with Autoplay. There is also a nag popup for either Youtube TV/Premium that needs to be "dismissed" (run youtube in a private/incognito window and you'll eventually see it).
