This is just the 'Linkify Plus' Greasemonkey script made available in the Chrome Store. I don't have a fix for the 'blah...blah' problem, but it's easy enough to ignore those links. My trouble with this plugin (and the greasemonkey script, for that matter) is that certain pages style their links in such a way that they are invisible when placed on the wrong background.
