I've been using Clearly for years, but I'm really frustrated with the constant "C clip" pop-up. Every time I highlight something or hover over a link, it's there, and honestly, I find it more annoying than helpful. I've looked for a way to turn it off, but it seems like there isn't one. If there's no solution to this issue, I'll have to consider uninstalling the extension from Chrome. I hope there's a way to address this problem soon.
