Arcade has been incredibly useful for me so far. I've been using it to build our customer support resources both to send in responses and to host in our help centre. We support in many languages and often help non native speakers and having a perfectly clear visual guide has really helped. Also, it looks cool! We're also starting to experiment with it as a tool for Customer Success and Sales
