Ali Reviews

While the app worked fine initially, I encountered issues when I tried to export my reviews. Their support team told me that exporting was only available for 'real reviews,' despite my reviews being genuine. This contradicts their own website's information, which states that customer-written reviews can be exported with their assistance. If this practice violates Shopify's policies, then why are they still operational? I've since found more reliable alternatives. Ali Reviewer seems more focus... Show more

Absolutely terrible app. Doesn't work, doesn't populate any reviews and the "support" staff do not want to help you. Incredibly poor when you are paying for this. I wonder if I will be given a refund...more than likely not. The "FREE version will only allow you to use it for ONE product and you are told that it will only work on ONE theme...but they won't tell you what theme it will work on. INCREDIBLY POOR!!!!! Worst experience so far with Shopify and addons for it.

WARNING STAY AWAY! I IMPORTED THIS APP & ALI ORDER APP FROM SHOPIFY APP STORE AND NOW I COULDN'T REMOVE THEM. I already uninstalled both apps, also i remove their chrome extensions but their frickin logo's are still showing up on my store!! It's really annoyed me too much. So, now i need to reset my store or upload the theme again and i need to re-tweak all options from zero!!!! STAY THE HELL AWAY!
