Worst product on the market ever. First it requires you to come up with 14(!!!) symbol password, then it locks you out with ambiguous message - Password is incorrect(when your account is locked) and no matter how much attempts you do you will not be able to input your correct password. Best part comes after - even thought you have "recovery suite" that was issued at the moment of account creation, it is good for nothing!
